Kivolio

A private bill and receipt aggregator.

Kivolio gathers the paperwork that proves what a person or a business spent. Bills and receipts arrive from a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox and from photographs taken with its iPhone app, and land in one database.

An AI model reads each one for the supplier, the amount, the date, the currency and the VAT. Every document is filed against a project, searchable by anything printed on it, and exportable as a handover pack — a cover sheet plus every original file — for an accountant.

Kivolio is self-hosted software: everything it reads stays on the server that runs it, apart from a short, specific list of outside services it has to call to do its job. The privacy policy names every one of them and says exactly what is sent.
